Registration Information
1. Click on the registration form link below and open the document.
2.
Fill out the registration form and save the document to your computer.
3. E-mail the registration form to Hayley Budd.
4. Wait for your confirmation email, which you should receive within 2 business days
Programs must be scheduled at least three weeks in advance. Please e-mail your registration information to Hayley Budd.

Charge of $50 per hour program for an ISDN connection that we
will arrange.
