Field Trip Reservations

Reservation Checklist

  1. Choose your program. Check the description carefully to make sure the type of field trip & class chosen is appropriate for your grade level and group size.
  2. Pick a date. Make sure to give us 3 alternate dates/times that will work with your schedule. We will call if there are conflicts.
  3. Complete the registration form, which you can find as an insert in our Field Trip Guide Book. Please make sure to include all information requested so as not to delay the process. Please make a photocopy of the form for each group you are registering to keep for your records.
  4. Enclose your payment. The easiest way to hold your reservation is with a credit card. Cash or a check can then be substituted for payment on the day of your field trip, if preferred, for the actual number attending. We will charge a $20 fee against the credit card in the event your group does not show up or provide at least 1 week notice of cancellation.
  5. Mail your form and payment to:

  6. Watch the mail for your confirmation card. Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. After your request is processed, we will send a confirmation card. Without this card, your group does not have a reservation. Please bring the confirmation card with you to the Center; it will admit your group without delay.
  7. Cancellations/Rescheduling policies. Refunds cannot be issued for group cancellations made less than one week prior to the visit. Rescheduling must be done within 48 hours prior to the visit and the new reservation must be within 30 days of the original date.
