Museum Experiences:
- Scavenger Hunt- Become a super sleuth as you work your way through the museum and answer riddles from our list of clues.
- HighWire Bike- This popular exhibit will be closed to the general public while your group experiences the law of center of gravity in dramatic fashion as you ride across a tightrope on a pedal bike.
- VR Goggles-Explore other worlds and fantastical places using our virtual reality goggles!
- Bubble Blast-We’re closing down a gallery for your bubble blast party. You create the bubbles and we’ll clean up the mess!
- Pixel wall diagram -This popular exhibit will be closed to the general public while you create a giant image from our binder of ideas or one of your personal creations. Group together and take a memorable birthday photo in front of this iconic exhibit that is reserved just for you!
Science Spectaculars:
- Science of Slime- Is slime a liquid or a solid? In this demonstration, we discuss 3 states of matter and use Newtonian theories to make an educated guess. Complete with your very own make and take slime project, everyone is sure to have a gooey, fun-filled time!
- Microscopic Schema- Geared toward your future doctor or scientist, this demonstration discusses the history, construction behind, and uses of microscopes. Learn about the different functions of organelles in a cell by working on a take-home project, then use one of our lab microscopes to create your own microscopic journal entry.
- Paleontology- Give your dinosaur enthusiast the party of a lifetime as we talk about what paleontology is, what an “–ologist” in the field does, then try our excavation skills on our own sample fossil. The party finishes with a group assembly of a 5 foot tall T-Rex skeleton!
- A simple machine: The Catapult! – In this demonstration, we talk about simple machines and how they live all around us! Put on your royal crown and use our very own giant in-house catapult!
