Girl Scout Night at the Museum

Bring your sense of adventure and a sleeping bag for an after-hours exploration of the Discovery Center! Girls will have access to all of the museum’s hands-on activities and special areas designed to help them earn portions of petals or badges. End the night watching a movie and sleeping in the museum!

Troop Trip – Both Boys and Girls!
Learn about ways to protect the environment and explore the Discovery Center at the same time! Schedule a “troop trip” that includes our Environmental Pathway! This self-guided scavenger hunt leads participants to some of the many features of our LEED Gold Certified green building. From deciding between choices for packing zero-waste lunch to exploring energy use of different types of lighting, your scouts will discover a number of environmental concepts and be able to consider how to do some of the same things in their own homes!
